The Transition Institute 1.5 is featured in the 14th issue of Carnets de Correspondances, the internal magazine of the campus Pierre Laffitte de Mines Paris, Sophia Antipolis.

Excerpt [Translation in English]:
“The scientific program of the Institute unfolds along four major axes: ‘Designing the transition,’ ‘An electric planet?,’ ‘The inclusive planet,’ and ‘The planet as a stake of influence.’ In 2024, over thirty teachers and researchers actively participate, fostering encounters and the creation of interdisciplinary projects. The teachers and researchers are at the heart of decisions, with a monitoring committee representing various departments of teaching and research at the School. To ensure its visibility, the institute organizes public events, including webinars freely accessible on topics related to the low-carbon transition, as well as a grand annual Forum. Additionally, The Transition Institute 1.5 highlights the School’s research work related to these themes on its website. The institute aspires to future collaborations with other establishments in France and internationally, considering a fifth research axis on biodiversity and climate physics.”

Les Carnets de Correspondances has been in existence since 2011. It is a communication publication that recounts all the events and significant moments at the Mines campus in Sophia Antipolis. Pages are also dedicated to off-campus life. Corinne Matarasso, Communication Manager of the Pierre Laffitte campus, oversees its direction.
