As part of the Energy Transition research quarter, led by Arnaud Rigacci of the PERSEE and Gilles Guerassimoff of CMA, in which the second year students of the Civil Engineering Cycle of Mines Paris – PSL participate, Robert BELLINI, Assistant to the Director of Climate Change Adaptation, Planning and Low-Carbon Trajectories atADEME, will give an introductory lecture on the Pierre Laffitte Campus of Mines Paris entitled :
Ecological transition: what public policies to achieve our 2030 objectives?
Since 2015, France has had a decarbonization strategy, broken down by sector of activity. The revision of the strategy, which is currently underway, must take into account several challenges: significantly accelerating decarbonization in order to achieve our 2030 objectives, integrating the consequences of climate change on our investments, and taking into account changes in resources (raw materials and water) and ecosystems. This work is a step towards a systemic approach to transition. From the European level to the territories, many initiatives are being implemented in this sense. This conference will present the role and activities of ADEME in these major projects of the ecological transition.
This conference will take place in the Mozart amphitheater on November 21, 2022 starting at 2:00 pm.
