On Thursday, February 8, 2024, there will be an online conference on the theme of “Geothermal Energy” [Original title in French : « Géothermie »]. The event will start at 1:00 PM. This Café Carnot Énergies is co-organized by the organizers: Carnot Energies du Futur, Icéel, IFPEN RE, ISIFoR and M.I.N.E.S.

This event will take place in French.

During this conference, organized as part of the Café Carnot Énergies series, three presentations will be delivered:

  • « Hétérogénéité des modèles géologiques et des propriétés réservoirs en contextes volcaniques », by Yves GÉRAUD｜Carnot Icéel
  • « Problématique de la réinjection dans les réservoirs géothermiques peu consolidés. Étude labo », by Jalila BOUJLEL｜Carnot IFPEN RE
  • « Réinjection totale d’eau et de gaz non condensables de la production géothermique : complétion de puits, modélisation, essais d’injection », by Vlasios LEONTIDIS｜Carnot IFPEN RE

The Café Carnot Énergies events are the meetings of the Carnot network for low-carbon energy – researchers discuss their research topics via video conference. The sessions are reserved for researchers from member institutions of Carnot.
